with our products. Products may be returned within 10 days after
delivery date for a full refund of the product price for your
choice of a cash refund or credit (shipping and handling charges
are not refundable). Please enclose proof of purchase. All returned
merchandise must be in resale condition and returned prepaid
in the original packaging, packed inside another master carton.Warranty
is included with most products. For a warranty service return
the product to the address given on the warranty card. We recommend
that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not
responsible for lost returns.

& BACKORDERS

are stocked in depth, but sometimes shortages do occur. You
will not be charged for a backordered item until it is ready
to ship. Your will be informed which products, if any, are on
backorder usually within 1 week of order placement.

are shipped by FEDEX ® Federal Express, UPS or similar.
